- The provinces will have the first right over the natural resources of the provinces.
- Unnecessary check posts will be eliminated across the country.
- "Rights to Gwadar" written agreement between the movement and the government of Balochistan will be implemented.
- Negotiations will be held with the angry Baloch tribes and they will be respected by including them in the national stream.
- The share of terrorism-affected Khyber Pakhtunkhwa will be increased in the National Finance Commission Award.
- The merged districts of erstwhile FATA will be brought at par with the developed districts through the "Special Development Package".
- A "Real Estate Authority" will be established at the provincial level and the rights of victims of housing societies and schemes will be protected.
- A "Waste Management Authority" will be set up to dispose of waste from all cities.
- A comprehensive development plan will be presented for a prosperous Karachi.
- Jamaat-e-Islami's Huqoq du Karachi will be implemented in an agreement between the movement and the Sindh government.
- Bahawalpur province will be restored.
- South Punjab will be made a separate province on administrative basis and will be brought on par with developed areas.
