Membership Terms:

Section 6: Every sane and mature person (whether he is a woman or a man and whether he belongs to any caste, community or race) can become a member of this Jamaat provided that he:


(1) After understanding the creed of the congregation with its interpretation, testify that this is its creed.


(2) After understanding the mission of the congregation with its interpretation, he should confess that this is his own mission.


(3) After studying this constitution, he should pledge that he will follow the discipline of the party accordingly.


(4) He is bound by the Shariah duties and avoids the big ones.


(5) One does not have a means of livelihood that comes under the definition of immorality, such as usury, alcohol, fornication, dancing and singing, martyrdom, bribery, betrayal, gambling, etc.


(6) If he has in his possession such wealth (or property) which has come in a forbidden way, or which includes the rights of the right holders, then he should give it up and deliver their rights to the right holders. .


Interpretation: This process should be done only if the right holders are also known and the property in which their right has been lost is also known and determined. Otherwise, repentance and correction of behavior for the future will suffice.


(7) Does not belong to any such party or organization, whose principles and objectives are against the belief, ideals and methods of Jamaat-e-Islami.


(8) The organization of the Jamaat should be satisfied that he is eligible for membership of the Jamaat.

 

Mode of Entry:

Section 7: In accordance with the above conditions, the method of admission to the Jamaat shall be that the candidate declares before the membership, Amir Jamaat or any authorized person appointed by him that:


Firstly, he has thoroughly understood the creed of the Jamaat with its interpretation and after understanding it now gives testimony with full sense of responsibility that there is no god but Allah, the One, the Partner, and Muhammad is Allah. is the Messenger of Allah.


Secondly, he has well understood the mission of the Jamaat with its interpretation and after understanding it, he confesses that establishing the religion of Allah in the world is the mission of his life and the mission of this mission. He is entering Khalsa Laila Jamaat-e-Islami for the sake of achievement and there is no other purpose in this work except for the pleasure of Allah Ta'ala and the hereafter.


Thirdly, he has also understood the constitution of the Jamaat well and he pledges that according to this constitution he will be fully bound by the Nizam-e-Jamat.


Membership Duties:

Section 8: The changes that every member will gradually have to make in his life after entering the Jamaat are:


(1) To acquire at least enough knowledge of religion to know the difference between Islam and Jahiliyyah (non-Islam) and to know the limits of Allah.


(2) Adapting your point of view, thoughts and actions in all matters according to the teachings of the Book and the Sunnah, changing the purpose of your life, the standard of your choice and value and the axis of your loyalties to conform to the will of God and your To break the idol of selfishness and selfishness and become subject to God's commands.


(3) To purify one's life from all the rituals of ignorance that are against the Book of Allah and the Sunnah of the Messenger of Allah, and to try as much as possible to make one's appearance and interior conform to the rules of Sharia.


(4) Purifying your heart from those prejudices and interests, your life from those hobbies and disputes and debates which are based on selfishness or worldliness and which have no other importance in religion.


(5) Severing ties of money and maturities with people who are guilty and oblivious to Allah, and establishing ties with the righteous.


(6) Establishing one's affairs on righteousness, justice, God-fearing and absolute righteousness.


(7) Focusing your efforts and endeavors on the goal of establishing religion and giving up all the activities that do not lead to this goal, except for the real needs of your life.


Interpretation: It is not necessary that these variations are perfect in all persons, but every person must try to fulfill himself in this chapter. Because according to these variations, the status of every man in "Jamaat-e-Islami" will be determined on the basis of imperfection or perfection.


Section 9: It shall be necessary for every member of the Jamaat to present to the servants of God in general the belief and mission of the Jamaat (defined in Sections 3-4) in his circle introduction and as far as he can reach, which Let the people accept this belief and aim, encourage them to struggle systematically for the establishment of religion, and invite those who are ready to struggle to join the system of Jamaat-e-Islami.


Explanation: If a person is unwilling to take up the responsibilities of membership for any reason despite expressing his agreement with the aims, methods, program and system of Jamaat-e-Islami, then he should be encouraged to join the circle of consensus of Jamaat. should be given so that to the extent possible for him to cooperate with the Jamaat in the effort of Iqamah Deen.


Duties of Women Members:

Section 10: The women who join Jamaat-e-Islami, all the components of Section 8, 9 will be applied to them in their scope, and the duties of a woman as a member of the Jamaat will be as follows.


(1) Convey the faith and mission of the congregation in the introduction to your family and circle.


(2) He should also preach it to his husband, parents, brothers, sisters and other family members.


(3) Try to create the light of faith in the hearts of your children.


(4) If her husband or son or father and brother enter the Jamaat, she should encourage them with her patient companionship and help them as much as possible in the service of the mission of the Jamaat, and be patient and steadfast in the face of adversity. from
