- Parliament will be made supreme for the protection of Islam, constitution, democracy and civil government.
- A "Training Academy" will be established for Capacity Building of Parliamentarians/Legislators.
- Parliament will give final approval to all international agreements (including strategic, commercial and educational etc.).
- The Election Commission of Pakistan will be given administrative, financial and judicial autonomy.
- Efforts will be made to create harmony among national political parties to adopt proportional representation election method.An independent, impartial and independent commission will be constituted to examine the competence, integrity and reputation of the members of the National Assembly, Senate and Provincial Assemblies, which will ensure the implementation of Articles 62 and 63 of the Constitution.
- The National Finance Commission will review the formula for allocation of resources to the federation and provinces.
- A new chapter and schedule will be included in the constitution with the cooperation of political parties to protect local government elections and local governments.
- Financial powers will be transferred to local governments through national and provincial finance commissions to give financial and administrative autonomy to local bodies.
- Effective measures will be taken to keep the media free from governmental and non-governmental pressures.
- The media will be encouraged to be the bearer of Islamic civilization and culture.
- Urdu will be made the official language and medium of primary education.
